COVID-19 Update - last updated 20.08.20
The entire team here at Alamo Blinds would like to thank all our customers for their patience and understanding as our suppliers, trade partners and ourselves have learnt to cope with this unusual situation we find ourselves in this year.
We would like to assure our customers that we are endeavouring to follow all current guidelines to keep both customers and staff safe as we return to operating as normal.
Since coming out of lock-down, we have seen unprecedented high order volumes over the last 2 months.
Lead times on some products have needed to be extended as some suppliers of fabric and components have experienced unforeseen supply chain delays as high demand has suddenly outstripped stock. As a result of this extremely high demand, our staff are working long and hard to keep our lead times as near to normal as we can, and to ensure all our customers have a positive overall experience with Alamo Blinds and their chosen product.
We are delighted to work with considerate customers who have been understanding of the situation when issues have arisen due to the current circumstances. We look forward to continuing to work hard for you for the rest of the year and beyond and appreciate your custom.
